Summrs is a no adult content, no NSFW platform. Prohibited content (adult, violent, illegal, or harmful material) may be automatically detected and blocked, and may result in account termination.
• Communications: Messages you send us through feedback forms or support channels.

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including features used, edits made, and time spent.

Content Responsibility and Prohibited Material

Summrs is strictly a no adult content, no NSFW (Not Safe For Work) platform. You are solely responsible and legally liable for all content you upload, generate, or create using our Service.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: adult or sexually explicit material, nudity, violence, gore, illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes of real individuals without consent, and content promoting terrorism or extremism.

We use automated AI systems to detect and block prohibited content. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts, delete content, report illegal material to law enforcement, and cooperate with authorities. Data Storage and Processing

Your data is stored and processed securely:

• Account Data: User accounts, project data, and metadata are stored in secure databases with encryption and access controls.
• Images and Media: Your uploaded content is stored in encrypted cloud storage located in the United States.
• AI Processing: Image and video processing is performed on secure infrastructure. Content is processed temporarily and not retained by AI providers.
• Payments: Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your credit card information.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention (typically 90 days maximum).

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Users

Summrs is operated in the United States. If you are accessing our service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
