Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Summrs LLC (“Summrs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing any purchase on the Summrs platform — including credit top-ups, subscription plans, or any other paid offering — you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

We are a digital AI service. Credits are consumed when AI processing is initiated. Because we incur real costs — including AI compute, third-party API fees, and infrastructure — at the time your request is processed, we cannot issue refunds for completed or attempted generations regardless of the outcome.

Credit Purchases

  • All one-time credit purchases (50, 200, or 600 credits) are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • Credits are a digital consumable. Once purchased, they are immediately available in your account and are not refundable regardless of whether they have been used.
  • If you use credits and are dissatisfied with the AI-generated result, no refund will be issued. AI output is variable in nature and we do not guarantee specific results, quality, or outcomes.
  • Unused credits are non-refundable at any time, including upon voluntary account closure or deletion.

Subscription Payments

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for the current billing period at the time of cancellation.
  • If you cancel your subscription, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. No prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of that period.
  • Credits issued as part of a subscription (e.g., monthly credit allotments) are non-refundable once added to your account, regardless of usage.
  • Downgrading or canceling your plan does not entitle you to any refund for prior payments.

AI Output & Results

Summrs uses advanced AI models to generate and edit photos and videos. By purchasing credits and using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

  • AI-generated results are inherently variable and no specific outcome, quality level, or style is guaranteed.
  • Results that do not meet your personal expectations do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • Failed generations due to content safety filters, model limitations, or input quality issues are not eligible for refunds. (Note: our system automatically refunds credits when a generation fails due to a technical error on our end — but this is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.)
  • Purchasing credits constitutes acceptance that you are paying for the opportunity to use AI processing, not a guarantee of any particular output.

Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated — whether by your choice or by Summrs — no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

  • Voluntary account deletion.
  • Account termination for violations of our Terms of Use, including the Prohibited Content policy.
  • Account suspension pending investigation.
  • Any other termination, regardless of cause.

Any remaining credit balance is forfeited upon account termination or deletion.

Exceptions

We do not make exceptions to this policy. The following are not grounds for a refund:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI output or results.
  • Accidental purchase.
  • Unused credits.
  • Subscription renewal you forgot to cancel.
  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., poor internet, device problems).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Partial use of credits within a billing period.

The only credit restorations we provide are automatic in-platform credit refunds when a generation fails due to a confirmed technical error on our infrastructure. These are credit restorations to your account balance, not cash refunds, and are issued at our discretion.

Legal & Chargebacks

By purchasing on Summrs, you agree to resolve any billing disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid purchases may result in immediate and permanent account termination, recovery of the disputed amount, and reporting to fraud databases.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at hi@summrs.com.
