How to Make the Tory Lanez Adin Ross Freestyle AI Video
The Clip
June 2021. Tory Lanez joins Adin Ross on a Twitch stream and starts freestyling over Soulja Boy's "She Make It Clap" beat. No studio, no written bars — just a mic, a beat, and a room full of people losing it.
The clip hit 27 million views on Adin's YouTube channel. A second upload passed 20 million. The audio became a TikTok sound. HotNewHipHop ranked it the most iconic freestyle to ever come off Adin's stream — ahead of Blueface, Trippie Redd, and Lil Yachty.
What made it stick was the room. It was not a polished performance. Tory is rapping at a desk with a webcam mic while the people around him react in real time. The energy builds because the reactions build. That is the clip this template recasts.
The Four Positions
The template takes four photos. Each one maps to a person in the room:
Main rapper — Center of the frame, delivering bars for the full 14 seconds. This is the Tory Lanez position. Whoever gets this slot is rapping, gesturing, and commanding the clip. Give it to whoever has the most energy in a still photo — the AI will map their face onto the full performance.
Far left — Visible throughout, reacting to the freestyle. This person is in frame but not the focus. The side character who is clearly feeling it.
Right side — Same energy as the left, different angle. Reacting, watching, occasionally turning toward the rapper.
Background (late entry) — Walks in partway through the clip. Less screen time than the other three, but the entrance is its own moment. Good for a surprise appearance or someone who shows up late to everything.
Making It
- Open the Tory Lanez Adin Ross template on Summrs.
- Upload four photos — one per position. The casting labels tell you where each person ends up.
- Generate. The AI rebuilds the clip with your four people in their assigned positions. The freestyle audio, the camera work, and the room stay intact.
- Download the MP4.
The main rapper position has the most movement — talking, gesturing, leaning in. The other three are mostly reactive. That asymmetry is what makes casting interesting: one person performs, three people witness it.
Casting Notes
A few things worth thinking about before you upload:
The rapper slot is everything. This person is rapping for 14 straight seconds. Their face is the largest in frame, closest to camera, and moving the most. If one person in your group has a more expressive face in photos, they should probably get this slot.
The late entrance is a bit. Whoever walks in from the background gets a reveal moment. It works well for the person your group would not expect to show up — a boss, a parent, someone who does not listen to rap.
Same person, multiple seats. You can put the same person in all four positions if you want. The AI treats each photo independently. Four copies of the same face reacting to their own freestyle has its own energy.
Outfits carry. Whatever each person is wearing in their photo is what they wear in the video. Four people in matching fits, four people in clashing fits, one person in a suit while everyone else is in sweats — all deliberate choices.
The She Make It Clap Beat
The freestyle is over Soulja Boy's "She Make It Clap" — the beat Tory chose on the spot during Adin's stream. Spotify lists the recording as "She Make It Clap (Freestyle)" and it circulates under that name across SoundCloud and TikTok alongside "Tory Lanez Adin Ross freestyle."
The audio in the template is from the original clip. The AI does not generate new audio or change the soundtrack. Your people perform the movements and mouth the words, but the voice and the beat are the original recording.
Photo Tips
- One person per photo. Four photos, four people. Group shots do not work.
- Face and upper body. The main rapper is visible from the chest up for most of the clip. More body in the photo gives the AI a better reference.
- Even lighting, no heavy shadows. The stream footage has flat indoor lighting. Photos with dramatic shadows or heavy color grading may clash with the scene.
- No sunglasses on the rapper. The rapper's eyes and expressions carry the performance. The reaction positions are more forgiving.
